System Requirements for Acrobat Connect 6 (Breeze)
What are the requirements for Hosts or Presenters in a Connect meeting?
The following are the requirements to Host or Present in a meeting:
- A fast Internet connection - Minimum bandwidth requirement is DSL (broadband) or Cable (wired connection recommended)
- A PC or Mcintosh computer with:
- Minimum 1 GHz processor recommended for screen or application sharing
- A sound card and speakers to hear audio broadcasts from other meeting participants
- Adobe's Macromedia Flash Player 8 or later as a browser plug-in
Note: Flash Player is standard in most browsers. You can find out what version of Flash Player you have at the Test Web Players page at http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/. - Adobe's Macromedia Flash Player 9 or higher for Linux and Solaris
- Adobe Connect 6 Meeting Add-in to share a screen or application on your computer (usually downloads automatically the first time you enter a meeting room)
- Ports 80, 443 and 1935 must be open on the routers and firewall.
To broadcast audio and video or use screen and application sharing during a Connect meeting, you will also need:
- A microphone to broadcast audio to other meeting participants (headset type recommended)
- A web camera to broadcast video to other meeting participants
- Minimum 1 GHz processor recommended when screen sharing

The following are the requirements to participate in a meeting:
