Do you have questions about Adobe Connect?
Please refer to the Support and FAQ page. It has answers to many commonly asked questions as well as links to pertinent help on the Adobe Support website.

If you are having a problem entering a meeting scheduled in Connect or viewing a Connect recording, contact the person who provided the meeting or recording link.

If you have questions that are not answered on the web pages listed above,  METNET contact information is also available.

E-mail METNET contact for general inquiries and user support:

Include a name, account Login ID,  phone number, and a detailed description of the reason for calling.
